Registration Form & Bookings
Once registered, our on-line booking system (Arbor), will only open for parents/carers for 10 days at the end of each half-term to enable you to make all your required bookings for the whole of the following half-term. The reason we ask you to block-book is not only to guarantee your peace of mind that your child has a space in our Sunflower Club, but it also ensures we have the correct number of staff available to support and care for your child each day.

29.11.24 – 09.12.24 -Spring 1 term
24.01.25 – 03.02.25 -Spring 1 term
14.03.25 – 24.03.25 - Summer 1 term
02.05.25 – 12.05.25 - Summer 2 term
27.06.25 – 07.07.25 - Autumn 1 (2025) bookings
Parents/carers are not able to make bookings through Arbor once the booking cycle has closed. Ad-hoc or late bookings can be made. All ad-hoc bookings are subject to availability and must be booked and confirmed prior to a child attending. To book an ad-hoc place, parents/carers can email sunflowerclub@coombes.wokingham.sch.uk or, if place is required in less than 48hrs, by ringing the Club Phone during office hours on 07470 494275.
Ad-hoc bookings for breakfast sessions close at 3pm for the following day.
After school ad-hoc bookings close at 2pm for same-day bookings.
Please note all bookings are non-refundable once made.
